Seafood & Vege pasta

Ingredients:
2 garlic-finely chopped
olive oil
squid and/or prawns-cut into rings
tomato-seeded, finely chopped
Oregano
Parsley-fresh or dried
asparagus (cook in boiled water)
Almond-finely chopped
salt-optional
Spaghetti-cook as in instruction

Heat olive oil in pan, cook garlic till brown, add in squid till cooked. Add tomato, cooked spaghetti, asparagus stir well. Add salt, oregano, parsly and almond-stir well- done.
