TMNet broadband extremely bad service

My two older teens are extremely pissed that they do not have internet connection at home. We applied for upgrade to TMNet 4Mbps broadband package but the unreliable ISP provider in Malaysia provided the worst possible service.
They disconnect our current broadband connection and then, only told us that they are going to need 3-7 days to install the new one. It got all of us pissed. But I think the most annoyed are my two children because they do not have other alternatives. I am using my mobile phone internet connection so it is still bearable.
So, if you have a choice, stay away from TMNet broadband. The worst customer service, ever. I have put the links to my personal rant on my other blog. Take a look at the other complaints from my readers.
