This morning we got a call from the in-laws. Words got around to them that hubby is at home. Knowing how annoying monsters-in-laws are, they are usually very negative and will only call if there is something to dig or I have foods for them to eat.
It is very annoying that they refused to believe that hubby is merely having a rest and not totally unemployed. I do not know what they were blabbing to him but I know he looks mad with the phone call. The problem with relatives is they are so money minded and cannot live without talking about money or comparing how many real estate properties they have.
I dislike the family gathering because they will be boasting about how many new apartments they acquired or what new cars they just bought. Well, I am not impress because it means working from day to night in their shops. I’d prefer to have more family time and less money.
