Of fake CV and fake everything
Dec 10th, 2008 by Lilian
I applied for a short course on journalism and online media. The cost of the course is $3,000 and I am very interested in it. Initially I was rather apprehensive because I wonder if I qualified? They asked for my CV and you know what? I actually have no CV! I have to craft one and it wasn’t that difficult because I provided mostly my webmastering knowledge and also my experience as a blogger.
As this is not an important application, no one needs to verify if my CV is real or fake. Afterall, who has the time to do that for something small like this, no? However, for those people who are seriously into verifying potential applicants social security numbers or wish to prevent fraud, and keep their identity secure, then, they may want to know about these Social Security Headquarters.
Oh yeah, they accepted me and I am starting the course in January. I hope I get to learn photography as well. Woohoo, the Jill of all trade is now into journalism. Crazy woman, I am.
