Her first child was delivered by Cesarean section. She was flat on her back on the operating table, covered by surgical drapes. The artist who made this statue just wanted to do a scandalous piece, attach a celebrity's name to it, and get tons of publicity. It worked and his scheme has brought him fame and tons of money.
