Never know what to buy for the guys

This Christmas, I didn’t get anything for my sons and hubby. You know why? When they have grown up, it is so hard to find something they like. With smaller kids, I can always get them toys and books. But once they hit their teens, suddenly I find it so hard to buy something that works for them. Instead, I gave the excuse that they can always get money from me to buy anything they need.
As for hubby, it is even worse. I gave up on buying gifts for him. It is not like I know what Ingersoll Rand air tools or whatever drills and screwdrivers are so it is best to leave him to get things for himself than to get something that will become a white elephant.
