My friend found out she is under the obese group

I have a friend who is rather short. Compared to me who is 5′ 6″, she is very, very short. Whenever we go out to eat together, she would eat the same amount of foods and she often whined how fat she would get because I am much taller than her.
Just now, both of us were checking our BMI or body mass index and she found out that she is labelled obese because her BMI reading is over 29. Since then, she has been so depressed because she is the kind who is easily upset when there are indications of her health being threaten.
I told her to just eat less and exercise more. However, she is insisting on getting one of those diet pills like Phentermine diet pill. I told her not to attempt it unless she has her doctor’s green light.
