hi,
My daughter has light cerebral palsy or hemiplegia. I noticed it when she was 9 and half months old. She is trying to crawl but her left hand is always close it doesn't function as well as the right hand, she can crawl backward but not forward. Now she is going to under go brain scanning and at the same time we start the therapy. Go to a physio therapist for kids because they know best on what to do with your baby. Good luck
