Mom, I need a new computer

Such is the common request heard around the house. My children each has their own PC. Actually, it is hands me down old PC that I bequeathed on them. All these PC remains really good and they never breakdown.
So, what we do is to give it some memory upgrade and pass it on the the kid whenever I get a new one. In the end, I have four computers at home.
You can also protect your computer and give it a longer life by using good virus software, careful handling and such. This way, you do not need to change a computer that quick. Then again, it is no fun to be stuck with an old PC that refuses to die because they can be really slow like tortoise.
