My friend confided to me that she has to resign from her post because the lady boss is giving her too much stresses. When she is home after work, she is still a ball of nerves and sometimes, she took it out on her children and hubby too.
She swore to me that she will never work for a female boss again. She doesn’t mind waiting longer to get a job but just don’t let her report under a female boss. Right now, she said she is in no hurry to get a job search done yet.
Now, I wonder if it is all the gender issue or she may have some problems dealing with people. You know, it may not be her boss problems. Maybe it is her who is the problem.
