Is your home safe and secure?

Recently, thieves broke into my niece’s new apartment. She has just moved in not very long ago. She was married a year ago and both her husband and her work during the day. When they got home, they found that the buglars have broken into their home with minimal force. Eventhough they use very big padlocks, they cut it off easily. Thank goodness that no one was harm even though the thieves got away with a lot of their valuables.
When my sister related this to me, I feel a chill running through my spine. I cannot imagine having my privacy invaded like that. Though I do not have much valuables, I cannot bear the thought of them damaging the things in the house while ransacking them. I certainly do not want this to happen to anyone at all.
