Importance of proper meals

Many people have commented how scrawny my children are and often bugged me with questions like if I am cooking for them or are they eating only junk foods. Usually, I am angry beyond words because they have the impressions that thin kids are sickly kids. My kids are all very healthy and they rarely need to see doctors.
I choose to ignore questions like these because if I open my mouth, I will give them a good lecture on proper nutrition and how important it is for us mothers to make sure that we are feeding our children well. For example, my kids love to have soups for every meal. Chinese soups advocate using herbal stuffs to balance out the meat. So, I like to use Goji Berries to flavour them because it gives sweetness to the soup.
