How to lose weight?

I think we know the answer to this. We need to cut down on our calories, increase our exercise and maintain that. Soon, we will see the pounds slipping away. But many people do not have that discipline to do it for long term and many resorted to shortcuts.
It is dangerous to go on crash diets to lose weight especially if you are still lactating. Breastfeeding moms must be made aware that if they do it, toxins may be released in their milk which will be passed on to their babies. So, don’t ever think of losing weight while you are breastfeeding. Anyway, breastfeeding will cause you to lose weight because you need the calories to produce the milk for your baby.
However, when you have long finished breastfeeding and are not planning to get pregnant, it is always nice to think how to lose weight because I find that I am much more active with less weight. Moreover, once we have ‘retired’ from the baby years, it is great to wear nice clothes and be a woman, once again.
