Got sale, got no money

My little boy is now so smart in talking about sales and how he can buy cheap cheap toys during sales. He is into buying Ben 10 toys and each figure costs a lot of money. The first time, he bought one at regular price. Then, there was a sale with 20% discount and we allowed him to buy two more because they are cheaper. Few weeks later, in another shopping mall, the toys went for 30% discount.
So, now, he will ask if there is a sale whenever we go out. I told him even if there is a sale, we cannot keep buying because we have no money to keep buying those figurines. It seems like they keep coming out with new ones every few weeks and there is no end to it.
