Do you cry at weddings?

I have watched many Hollywood movies where some of the women would sobbed at wedding. Wedding is actually a very sombre yet joyous occasion. Sometimes, I feel lucky because I didn’t have daughter that ‘will be given away’ at wedding. Have you been to a church wedding where the father will lead the bride to the altar where the groom is waiting? Then, at one point, the bride will be separated from the father and then, join with the husband. It is at that point when the bride gives the father the ‘last hug’ that really tugs at my heart strings.
Still, there is nothing more beautiful than a bride marching into the hall, garden or sometimes church with her veil covering her head. It is always a very breathtaking sight and one that should be treasured forever and ever.
