My eldest son who is studying to be a professional chef is now busy doing the practical part of his course at home. Normally, the college will give them a few lessons and the rest of the time, they have to try it on their own.
So, recently, he baked custard puff. He made the choux pastry and also the cream custard. If you want the recipe for custard puff, you can find it on my food blog.
After making the cream puff, he offered to my little boy and my boy loves it so much. So, now, to gauge if a recipe is good, all my eldest needs to do is to feed them to his brothers. The kids are very picky with their foods and they don’t lie. If it is good, they will heap praises. If it is bad, they will refused to eat.
