All these food poisoning cases in schools have to stop

I just watched the prime time news and there was this report on food poisoning in a boarding school in Subang (?). During the interview, one of the supervisor told the news that they have made a lot of complaints like :
1) worms in vegetables
2) snails in vegetables
3) earth on papaya skin
4) Half-cooked chicken, bloodied still
5) Half-cooked fishes
As a parent I am very pissed with such news because it has become like a daily occurence now that some kids fall sick due to food poisoning. It is pathetic that irresponsibles people like these canteen operators are allowed to go scot free. Why can’t our health minister or education minister set down some basic guidelines on hygiene for these canteen operators? Why are they allowed to treat preparing foods for school children like making animals feeds?
